Call for entries 2025

We are looking for innovative productions that deal explicitly with the political, societal and social developments in today’s world in a regional, national or global context. The focus of our festival is on the topic of human rights and on the question of how theatre and art can contribute to their protection. We see our festival as a meeting place for artists and audiences to discuss pressing social problems and human rights violations together.

We are looking for full-length formats as well as for performative and/or cross-genre installations and interactions.

The call is aimed at professional independent groups and independent artists. Unfortunately, productions from the fields of children’s and youth theatre as well as amateur theatre cannot be considered. Only one production per group may be submitted. The production must not have been shown in the Nuremberg Metropolitan Region in the six months prior to the festival.
